Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, all sales are considered final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Because each vinyl name sticker is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on personalized items unless the error was made by Three Hearts Keepsakes.

Please carefully review all personalization details, including spelling, capitalization, font selection, size, and color, before placing your order. We create your decal exactly as submitted.
